DEFINE & MEASURE METHODOLOGIES-- Project Scope, Project Charter, Problem Statement, Process Definintion, Process Mapping, Six Sigma Metrics, Balanced Metrics, Technical vs. Transactional Metrics, Collecting & Summarizing Data, SPC, Process Capability3. MEASURE & ANALYZE METHODOLOGIES-- Measurement Systems Analysis, Quality Tools, Data Analysis, Transaction Analysis, Failure Mode & Effects Analysis
4. IMPROVEMENT METHODOLOGIES-- Lean Manufacturing & Design of Experiments
5. CONTROL METHODOLOGIES-- Management, Training, Documentation , Auditing/Monitoring, and Mistake/Error Proofing
6. GREEN BELT CERTIFICATION TEST
7. BLACK BELT DEFINE & MEASURE-- Benchmarking Practices, Cost/Benefit Analysis, Seven Management & Planning Tools, Probability & Statistics8. BLACK BELT ANALYZE-- Multivari Studies, Correlations, Hypothesis Testing, & NonNormal Distributions

Fees will be $3750 for black belts and $1875 for green belts.
